Project Highlights

Five bespoke builder floors, conceived as one design language.

Project Type: Luxury Builder Floor — Architecture + Interior Design

Location: Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India

Built-up Area: 2,787.09 SQM / 30,000 SQ FT

Key Design Approach: Integrated architectural and interior design with material layering, bespoke detailing, calibrated proportions and hands-on execution.

Designed as one of five bespoke 5,500 sq.ft. builder floors in Rishikesh, this project explores a cohesive approach to contemporary residential architecture and interiors, where the building's exterior identity and individual residences are conceived as one integrated design language.

The 30,000 sq.ft. development features a carefully articulated facade composed of vertical metal box sections, differentiated HPL-clad balcony modules, custom louvered wood panels and rustic textured finishes, creating depth, rhythm and a distinctive contemporary character. Integrated profile lighting further defines the architectural volumes after sunset, giving the building a strong night-time identity.

Inside, each 5,500 sq.ft. residence is planned as a refined and highly functional home, bringing together four spacious bedrooms, expansive living and dining areas, a contemporary kitchen, home office, servant accommodation and wrap-around balconies.

A restrained palette of Italian marble, warm veneers and layered textures establishes a timeless foundation, complemented by bespoke joinery, lighting and carefully calibrated proportions. From facade detailing and material articulation to interior planning and hands-on execution, the project reflects our approach to luxury residential architecture, large-format spatial planning and detail-driven design.
