Project Highlights

Contemporary apartments in Rishikesh, balancing efficiency and generous living.

Project Type: Contemporary Residential Apartments — Architecture + Interior Design

Location: Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India

Built-up Area: 3,483.86 SQM / 37,500 SQ FT

Key Design Approach: Efficient apartment planning, articulated facade volumes, recessed balconies, warm material palette, bespoke interiors and integrated landscape elements.

Located in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, this contemporary residential development is conceived as a Stilt + 4-storey apartment building, comprising seven residences on each typical floor. The planning responds to an irregular corner plot, with a central circulation spine, integrated lift and staircase core, and apartments oriented toward the multiple edges of the site.

The residential planning brings together a mix of spacious 2BHK and 3BHK apartments, with well-defined living, dining, kitchen and private bedroom zones complemented by balconies and generous openings.

The architectural expression is deliberately restrained, using warm textured finishes, earthy tones, wood-finish vertical fins, recessed balconies and slender metal railings to create depth and rhythm across the facade. Integrated planters and cascading greenery soften the built form.

The interiors follow a warm contemporary vocabulary, combining natural wood veneers, soft neutral finishes, textured fabrics and layered warm lighting.
