Designed as a refined contemporary family residence, this home explores the relationship between generous volumes, warm materiality and comfortable everyday living. The planning brings together four bedrooms, a dedicated entertainment room, expansive terraces and a dramatic double-height living and dining space, creating a seamless hierarchy between private, social and outdoor areas.
A warm palette of natural wood, stone, muted neutrals and layered lighting establishes a sophisticated yet inviting character, while bespoke furniture, architectural detailing and carefully integrated lighting add depth and individuality to each space. The double-height living area forms the central architectural gesture of the residence, bringing scale and openness to the social spaces, while the entertainment room introduces a more intimate setting for recreation and gatherings. Large terraces further extend the living experience outdoors, allowing the home to accommodate both quiet family moments and larger social occasions.
