Designed as a contemporary serviced apartment development in the hills of Dharkot, Narendra Nagar, this project was conceived to let modern residential living respond sensitively to a challenging terrain. Set on a steeply sloping site with approach roads arriving from two different levels, the development is carefully integrated into the terrain through a sculpted stone podium that minimises site intervention while establishing seamless access from both roads.

The project comprises individually planned 1BHK serviced apartments and exclusive 3BHK penthouses, each responding to its specific orientation, views, natural light, circulation and privacy. Warm tones, natural stone, deep overhangs and expansive glazing reinterpret the contemporary material language.

The interiors follow a contemporary Scandinavian aesthetic, combining warm timber, muted neutral tones, soft textures and minimal detailing to create calm, refined and highly functional living spaces.

The result is a development that brings together context-responsive architecture, hospitality and contemporary residential interiors.
