Set within dense forest cover in Bagi Bhogpur, this 7BHK hospitality villa was conceived around a simple premise: preserve the character of the existing landscape while creating a generous retreat within it. The challenge was to negotiate a contoured site densely populated with mature trees without reducing the architecture to a singular mass. Instead, the villa is broken into staggered volumes that follow the natural levels, allowing existing trees to shape the planning while creating a sequence of decks, terraces and outdoor spaces between the built forms.
Sloping roofs soften the overall massing, while large openings, warm timber, natural stone and exposed concrete establish a restrained material language rooted in the setting. The pool, landscaped courts, pathways and outdoor gathering spaces extend the living experience beyond the enclosed rooms, making the landscape an active part of the villa. The project reflects our approach to forest architecture, hospitality design and landscape-integrated planning, where preservation, spatial sequencing and architectural restraint come together to create a retreat that belongs to its setting.
