Set within a compact urban footprint in Kailash Hills, this duplex interior was conceived around the challenge of creating a sense of spatial generosity without relying on physical scale. With openings and balconies positioned at opposite ends of the home, the planning uses cross-ventilation, layered views and natural light to extend the perception of space, with the rear opening towards the green expanse of the Lotus Temple. Rather than adding visual elements, the design relies on restraint—continuous wall treatments, carefully proportioned ceilings, low-profile furniture and controlled material transitions create an uninterrupted spatial flow. Reflective surfaces and glass further extend sightlines, while a warm, layered lighting scheme brings depth to the otherwise light-toned palette. The result is a home where compact urban interiors, spatial perception and refined detailing work together to create a feeling of openness, calm and understated luxury.
