Developed as an extension of the Chandrabhaga Villa estate, this cluster of boutique villas responds to a challenging contoured site by creating distinct private residences that remain unified through a cohesive architectural language. The planning carefully positions each villa to maximise river views, privacy and outdoor living while negotiating the natural levels of the site.
Sloping roofs, natural stone and warm timber reinterpret the character of the original estate, while double-height living spaces, panoramic openings and private plunge pools extend the experience towards the landscape. Internally, fabricated staircases become sculptural lightwell spines, bringing daylight into the core while connecting bedrooms with open decks and outdoor spaces. The project demonstrates an approach to boutique hospitality, terrain-responsive planning and experiential villa design, where multiple independent units are carefully composed to feel integrated with both the site and the larger estate.
A calm and layered hospitality language, where warm stone, natural timber and framed river views create a unified living experience across each villa.
