Designed as a 2BHK Airbnb villa on a compact 160 sqm plot in Jaipur, Bella Vita explores how a limited footprint can deliver the spatial generosity and amenities expected of a premium vacation stay. The design responds to Jaipur's demanding climate through a careful balance of controlled openings, protective screens, shaded spaces and strategically placed green pockets that support daylight and ventilation without excessive heat gain. Internally, the duplex is organised around distinct guest experiences, with each bedroom opening towards a different outdoor setting—the pool and a private garden—while the dual-aspect living space connects both the pool deck and landscape. The project also explores how thoughtful fabrication and controlled detailing can create a distinctive architectural identity without excessive cost. The result is a compact hospitality villa where climate-responsive planning, experiential spatial design and cost-conscious architecture come together to create a memorable guest experience.
