Project Type: Residential Interiors
Location: New Delhi, India
Area: 900 SQ FT
Key Design Approach: Spatial reconfiguration with visual expansion, integrated storage and contemporary material detailing.
A 900 sq.ft. penthouse in Rohini was transformed from a fragmented, poorly planned interior into a refined and functional contemporary home. The existing layout was reworked extensively, removing unnecessary partitions to open up the volumes and introducing larger openings to improve light and visual openness within the compact footprint.
Every layer of the interior—from flooring, walls and ceilings to bathrooms, electrical systems and custom storage—was reconsidered to create greater efficiency and visual continuity. Careful material selection, integrated storage and precise detailing allow the home to feel more spacious without compromising functionality.
The project reflects our approach to residential interior renovation, spatial reconfiguration and compact-space design, where thoughtful planning turns existing constraints into opportunities for a more cohesive and elevated way of living.
